MCA has extended the deadlines for companies to file FY 2025-26 financial statements until December 31, 2026, and annual returns until January 31, 2027. The decision follows requests from stakeholders citing technical glitches, portal downtime, login issues and filing difficulties on the MCA-21 Version 3 portal.
